Visitors congregate in the food area to learn about Jewish cooking, the Festival Food Demonstration Tent presents different kosher caterers creating some of their signature dishes. Strictly kosher restaurants and caterers are invited to apply to participate in the Festival as a vendor or in our Demonstration Tent.
